First of all, tour your own neighborhood and see what others have done. Then, consider your own home. What is the color of the roof? What is the style of home? Does the home have accents like shutters or window boxes?
Keep in mind that dark colors may be trendy now and make the home seem substantial, in Florida's sub-tropical climate, they are subject to fading. Lighter colors can make a home feel larger and welcoming. You will probably live with this color for some time, so think it through, but don't be afraid to go for what feels good.
Lastly, choose a colors to accent the base color. Bright shutters, a bright front door and crisp trim are like jewelry for a house. They complete the look.

First of all, the prep and paint materials are included in our bid; the cost of paint is not separate.
We not only prep the surfaces, we protect whatever is not being painted (window glass, floors, hinges).
We use quality paints from well-know manufacturers such as Sherwin-Williams, PPG and Benjamin Moore. We use enough paint; you won't see unpainted surfaces coming through. We also take care of the extras like cleaning and painting the air vents before we put them back up.
Lastly, we remove any protective coverings we put up and make sure to clean up after ourselves. If any touch ups are needed, you just need to give us a call and we will take care of that, too.
